Core formula

International purchase and sales pricing both use the Base/Kilo model. The formula is: total = base + ceil(billable weight in kg) × kilo.

For example, 1.1 kg is billed as 2 kg, not 1.1 × kilo directly.

Why this matters

A clear pricing explanation reduces confusion on shipment, checkout, and support pages, improving conversion and reducing support load.

The same wording should stay consistent across the help center, pricing page, and FAQ.
