Important customs and HS code notice

The system helps with HS code search, validates customs fields and blocks clearly unsuitable intermediate codes. These functions are assistance only. The final code choice, declaration accuracy and legal responsibility remain with the customer.

Weight declaration and surcharge rules

Please declare the actual total weight including packaging. If the carrier, warehouse, or we determine a higher actual weight, we recover the difference under the rules below.

1. Weight difference up to 2.0 kg: we charge the actual freight difference plus an EUR 3.10 handling fee; any 10kg+/20kg+ label correction fee is added where applicable.

2. Weight difference above 2.0 kg: the shipment enters high-risk review. In addition to the difference and handling fee, we may charge an EUR 23.70 abuse fee for repeated or clearly intentional underdeclaration and may suspend service or pursue further action.

3. Proof of address is not required from every customer by default; we may request it only for higher-risk scenarios such as direct international shipping.
